PERSONAL STATEMENT:
Working primarily for small and medium businesses has meant a breadth of functional experience including operational, accounts, human resources, project coordination, events management, strategic planning, data analysis and marketing. After high-school, I moved to Wellington to begin my Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA), which started an academic and professional career focused on business and projects management. My BCA was followed by a Master in Business Administration from Texas State University, completed in my late twenties. I spent seven years overseas in London and the US and after returning back to New Zealand in 2014, wanted an opportunity to “give back”, particularly around issues relevant to women and youth. This brought me to BPW Wellington, which has been a hugely rewarding in both the.advocacy work we do and the great members I’ve met. I am passionate about a world that offers better opportunities.for women.
