  • Other positions have included Constitution Chair on several occasions and Resolutions Chair.  Joan has attended all except 2 on the Federation Conferences since her first one in 1969.  The two missed were Christchurch in 1973, when representing New Zealand at the BPW International Board Meeting in Munich and Greymouth in 1995, when her leg was in plaster.

Wool for Bosnia
